I apologize for not getting back to you sooner.

If you have set an open_basedir restriction in PHP, it is not possible for BridgeDD, or any other bridge plugin, to work.

If you are using a version of PHP less than 5.3, you will need to change this setting in your PHP.INI file. This is a programmable setting in PHP 5.3 or greater, and I will add it to the next update of BridgeDD.

I did some research on this topic, and if you have a VPS or dedicated server that uses cPanel/WHM, you can change the open_basedir setting in WHM.

It is located in the WHM Security Center section and is labeled “PHP open_basedir tweak”. If you remove the checkmark from the “Enable php open_basedir Protection” option and click the Save button, your problem with BridgeDD should go away.

The issue with PHP open_basedir can be solved by the user with the current version BridgeDD, and the next update will insure the issue never arises again. Topic marked as resolved.
