    Judging from the sticky notice, this is a common problem at the moment.

    I am unable to connect to and manage my product sync with Facebook.

    The catalog wont sync either, and newly created products report an error trying to sync / create.

    Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry to hear that the plugin is giving you some trouble. Happy to help you with this!

    The connection issues that we have seen have presented themselves in a few different ways. To get some more clarity about your connection issue specifically, would you please tell me a little bit more about what you are experiencing? Are there any error messages that you could share? Any screenshots you can provide would be great as well!

    Hi Marcus.

    I seem to have resolved my problem by clicking “uninstall” next to manage connection and then reestablish the connection.

    I’ll be in touch if old problems resurface.
