Error on Math captcha

    Hi,
    I’ve received reports of readers being unable to submit comments due to making an error on the math security question – even when it was definitely correct. Any ideas what the problem might be?

    Hi, do you have a cache plugin installed in your site? Have you tested this issue on your computer? Sometimes it could be related to the browser. Can you check your log files under Dashboard?

    Hi,
    I don’t have a cache plugin.
    When you say check the log files under dashboard – do you mean WP dashboard? I’ve cant figure out how the do this… have googled and they mentioned Plesk control panel…

    Dear Support,

    I have the same issue with wp login page, error on the math security question – even when it was definitely correct. I have to try 3-10 times for login.

    I have a W3 cache plugin installed. And right now im dissable the login captcha function.

    Please help, thanks

    I already resolve the issue, in my case is because i enable AJAX functionality.

    Hi,

    When I view the AIOWPS log files in the WP Security -> Dashboard they are empty.
    Any other ideas on why website visitors might be getting an error message when they try and submit comments with the Math Captcha?

    Hi Sally, this is not easy to troubleshoot because it does not occur on any of my websites running this plugin. Next time one of your visitors reports this can you ask them to let you know what Browser they are using? And did they delete the browser cache after experiencing this issue on their machine and tried again?
