• Everything was working fine for a couple of months. Now paypal checkout gives an error message.

    We cannot process this transaction because there is a problem with the PayPal email address supplied by the seller. Please contact the seller to resolve the problem. If this payment is for an eBay listing, you can contact the seller via the “Ask Seller a Question” link on the listing page. When you have the correct email address, payment can be made at https://www.paypal.com.

    WordPress is up to date.
    Woocommerce is up to date.
    All plugins are up to date.
    I cleared all the transients.
    System status doesn’t show any problems.
    Hosting is Godaddy cpanel.
    Paypal email address is correct.

    Any other ideas what could be causing this?

    WC > Settings > Checkout > PayPal. Check your settings and that the email address is for the right paypal account, the paypal account is active, and its not sandbox.

    Thanks for the reply. I entered the email address several times, double checked, triple checked. It’s not sandbox and the paypal account is active and working. Everything was working before and we did not make any changes.

    I also tried a different paypal account with a different email address and I get the same error on checkout.
