Error on product page

    We are having trouble with the Shop-page used with this theme.
    The product-grid is displayed on the sited via short code [products limit="20" columns="4" category="alle-produkte" cat_operator="AND" paginate="true"]
    The Short code works fine, but as soon as you hit page 20 an error occurs that is stating that no products were found.

    That’s not the only thing happening tough, as soon as I go to page 21 the page is completely blank no header/footer content, nothing. Then until page 25 the site is blank and as soon as you come to page 26 the content is shown again.
    The content that would be on these blank pages is still on them and the products that are on these pages wont stop at page 19 and continue on page 26.
    As far as I checked it is neither an error with the products nor the short code, so I thought it might have something to do with the theme we are using.

    I have search for cuite a while for others having a solution to this problem but haven′t found anything so maybe you guys could help me out here.
