Error on reconnecting Jetpack

  • I disconnected Jetpack in order to resolve an issue regarding not publishing in Facebook and after trying to reconnect the following message appeared:

    Invalid request, please go back and try again.
    Error Code: invalid_client
    Error Message: Unknown client_id.

    I didn’t installed any new plugings, I tried disabling ALL the plugins and the problem persists…

    Any ideas?

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

    Could you try to go to the Plugins menu in your dashboard, deactivate and then delete Jetpack from there, and then reinstall it from scratch?

    Let me know how it goes.
