Error on registration form

    This error is showing up above every field on my registration page:
    “Notice: Undefined property: WPUM_Form_Registration::$form_id in /var/www/html/wp-content/plugins/wp-user-manager/includes/wpum-forms/class-wpum-form-registration.php on line 653”
