    Hi,

My site was hacked last week and I engaged sucuri service to fix the malware issues. But after that my site is running very slow and right now have a serious issue on redirecting the page.

    Here is the scenario,

If I directly key in the URL as https://www.prforaustralia.com/en/testimonial >> the page will be able to load.

however, if I key in the home directory https://www.prforaustralia.com/en and then I click on the menu bar to direct to another place. I am unable to load the page “testimonial”.

Anyone have any idea how to fix this?

    Thanks.

Have you by chance re-installed your theme? Looking at the site it looks as if the navigation is actually handled by javascript.

When I get hacked, which is only once in awhile when I stop caring about the site, I usually re-install everything, including WordPress, themes, and plugins to ensure 100% security.

Appropriate hack responses are covered in FAQ My site was hacked. Jerry’s suggestion of re-installing everything is one the highest recommended techniques.

Hiring a service to locate and remove malware can be a valid tactic for those without recent backups who stand lose a lot of data by wiping the DB. However, such removals may not be 100% effective and could leave behind legitimate code that was damaged by the hack.

Yes. Reinstall the theme seem to be the best solution for now..

    Thanks for advice.
