Error on sending Order to Parcel2 Go

The page showing linked accounts is to use with our SmartSend tool, which you can use here https://www.parcel2go.com/myaccount/uploadeditems

For using the wordpress plugin you need to create a client Id and secret for our public api, which the wordpress plugin connects to. If you want to do this you can from https://www.parcel2go.com/myaccount/api and create client credentials.

Ok now I am confused.

I followed your configuration requirements and I linked my site with your parcel2go! As per my screenshot.

Client Secret and Client ID, has been created: https://www.screencast.com/t/NSTo4G0lh

I go to an order, and click on ‘Send to Parcel to Go’ and I click ‘update’ see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/Hzb9uHgHTIim

Have I configured wrongly? Am I misunderstanding the system?

Hi Could you go to https://www.parcel2go.com/myaccount/api

and confirm that you are using the full clientId (it needs the colon and bit after).

Also if you are trying out the Sandbox first the clientId and secret need to be from https://sandbox.parcel2go.com/myaccount/api not your account on the live website.

Switching to sandbox worked…

I didn’t know you had a sandbox account system.

So what are the criteria for orders being imported into your system? is it automatic? Do the orders have to be ‘completed or processing’?

Or is it manual? Ie i have manually export CSV from website and import CSV into Smart Send?

And can I set the Smart Send sort order to most recent order first?

PS no orders appear to be imported, hence why I am asking about clarification.

Hi, It seemed you were using the WordPress plugin rather than SmartSend. If you are using SmartSend you need to use out live site, the sandbox site is only for testing our public API.

The Api crednetials you need to use SmartSend are your API key/secret from WooCommerce not our API. You can get these from within the WooCommerce setting as described here…

Items sold in the last 2 weeks with a status of processing will be imported into SmartSend on Parcel2Go.com.
