Error on setting up Chinese names for the levels, descriptions

Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro, I’m sorry for the issue you are facing here.

This issue depends on your database tables encoding, it sounds like it doesn’t support Chinese characters.

Please can you adjust the Paid Memberships Pro database tables to support the correct encoding, which may be UTF-8 for Chinese characters. All tables from Paid Memberships Pro should have pmpro as a prefix to the table name.

I think I’d recommend using utf8mb4 for your encoding and you can do this in phpMyAdmin like so:
