Error on Signing Secret Webhook Stripe

I would need more information here, could you provide me what theme are you using? Moreover, could you also make sure that the Event Tickets Plugin is up-to-date? In regard with the signing secret, please check that it is prefixed with ‘whsec_’ as well.

One thing to note here, the webhooks validation will not work while Tickets Commerce is in Test Mode — it is worth to check as well. Would be good to clear caching plugin and browser cache and try to reconnect again.

Yes, all plugins are up-to-date, not in test mode and the signing secret has whsec_.
