    I had an image optimizer plugin,EWWW. Then when trying to load more photos onto my website, they wouldnt load. An error message came up saying I must try again later. Ive been trying to sort it out through emails from you and the author of the theme but nothing has worked. I was told yesterday by one of your staff to install smush, which I did. Even that didnt work. They said it may be clashing with another plugin so I must deactivate all other plugins. I did that and now I can`t get into my dashboard. I keep getting a fatal error message….

  • Hi @gazza8485,

    We can’t see the above page you have linked as it’s within the admin area and we don’t have credentials to see this.
    If you could you provide us with the fatal error message we may be able to help, although this doesn’t sound like a Smush issue.

    Cheers,
    Calum

    Hi Nastia,

    I tried to upload photos onto my website but the same error keeps coming up. The Smush plugin has been installed but it just won`t upload.

    Kind regards,
    Gary

    @gazza8485,

    Please open the browser console, try to upload a photo and share the error message that you see in the browser console. If no errors are there, enable debug log, by adding the following lines to your wp-config.php file:

    define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );

    Then upload a photo and check for error in wp-content/debug.log

    Best regards,
    Anton
