error on stats upgrade

  • I just upgraded the stats plugin to the latest version. I have 2 blogs on it with the same key. When I insert the API key, I get this error message:

    Error from last API Key attempt:

    The owner of that API Key (xplanta) is not on the access list for this blog (1837879). To be added to the access list, you must contact support.

    Where is this “support” that I must contact to be added to the access list? I don’t quite know what I’m doing here. It worked fine before I upgraded.

    i am having the same problem. how and where do you contact support at www.ads-software.com?? every time i try, i end up at wordpress.com, who tells me — sorry, but your blog isnt hosted here.
