Error on submission, but submissions being received

  • I have a form where on submission it’s displaying the set error message. However, there are no errors in the submissio, andd it’s appearing correctly in the backend of WordPress. This is causing people to submit multiple times.

    In the console I’m seeing:

    Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()

    /wp-json/formality/v1/send/:1

    I’d appreciate some advice of how to resolve this. Running the latest version.
