I did conflict test and its not from the plugins.

Maybe it has to do with php v ? I’m with site ground PHP 7.4.33

Have you had a chance to try out the default payment gateway, such as Direct bank transfer or cash on delivery? If you have, did you encounter the same error, or did your order go through successfully?

However, WooCommerce is fully compatible with PHP 7.4 and earlier versions. The issue you’re experiencing doesn’t seem to be related to PHP, but rather, it’s likely connected to the payment gateway. I suspect the problem might be with the Woo Custom Gateway plugin, as that’s the payment gateway you’re using. The best way to determine this is to:

• Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Four
• Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
• Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.
