Error on updating Job Manager

Have you Try getting the plugin from here:
https://github.com/Automattic/WP-Job-Manager/releases/tag/1.31.1

That is the latest plugin direct from Automatic (the maker of the plugin)

If you need access to the previous version of the plugin you can get them here:
https://github.com/Automattic/WP-Job-Manager/releases

Or you can use the wp-rollback plugin to go back to the previous version of it.
https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-rollback/

Also if you use google ads code, the new version can give you issues. I had to create an issue report in GitHub with the developer and I had to roll back to the previous version. Here is the link to the issue report:
