I just installed this plugin. upload a retina image for one that I needed to. I chose upload next to the image, then I browsed for the image (same file name and type), chose “upload & replace” and I get this everytime:

    WP Retina 2x ? Dashboard

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/server/public_html/dev/wp-content/plugins/wp-retina-2x/wr2x_retina-dashboard.php:39) in /home/server/public_html/dev/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 876
Thank you for creating with WordPress.

    Version 3.5

    Can you help?

Are you using the 0.9.4 version ?

yes. just upgraded to your latest today.

I am also having this same issue. I noticed that the original image gets replaced by the new uploaded image after going back from that error.

Sorry, I was a bit busy but I really want to work on that issue. I will do this ASAP. Just for confirmation: it works and the only issue is that horrible warning, right?

    Heres what works:

    -I can install the plugin
    -Activate the plugin
-The plugin searches my media library and finds the files which need retina sizes
-I can tell it to ignore any file

    What doesnt work:
When I chose upload for any image, I get what my first post describes.

So I would say that the plugin does not work….with my site anyway.

    Exactly the same.

I just did an update, it’s now WP Retina 2x 0.9.6. Would you mind trying again with the latest one? It should be better…

Awesome! Well it looks like the error went away but now sometimes when I try to upload and replace some images it wont. It simply goes back to the “media” section and displays the same dialogue— “Original too small Upload“. Even after uploading an image 2x that.

Do you still have the issue with the new version? I completely rewrote the “upload” part, and the way it works. Did you try?
