Would you be so kind to explain me in more detail what are you doing so I can recreate the steps and resolve the error?
I have just checked with our testing account and I have added Twitter without any issues.
You don’t need to insert any Twitter IDs. You just need to log in to your account at Social Web Suite, click on the left-hand side menu on the “Social Profiles” – “Add a Social Profile”, and then click on the “Add a Twitter Profile” button. Then you need to log in to the Twitter profile you want to add, click on the “Authorize App” button and that is it.
Please note that Twitter is only available with our paid plans due to their changes in billing.
