Error on /w3dev-ban-users.line 64

  • I am trying to activate the pro version of Ultimate ban. The plugin will not activate. It gives an error:

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare w3dev_plugin_add_settings_link() (previously declared in /bubba/wp-content/plugins/ban-users/w3dev-ban-users.php:63) in /bubba/wp-content/plugins/ultimate-ban-users/w3dev-ban-users.php on line 64

    Thanks for your messages. It looks as though you have both versions of the plugin installed, so this www.ads-software.com version and the Ultimate Version from CodeCanyon. Please disable the free version from the plugins page in your WordPress backoffice. I’ve dropped you a message from CodeCanyon, if you can kindly send me an email I will follow up with you to resolve this issue.

    When I delete the free version and then try to activate I get this:
