“error” on white screen on Woo my account page

  • From time to time, when someone goes to the “my account” page, they’ll get a blank white screen with just the word “error” on it. This fixes itself after I clear the Swift cache. I’ve excluded WooCommerce related pages so I’m not sure what causes this problem. The folks in the Facebook group said I should report it to you.

    iThemes Security default lockout page is a white screen with the word “error” at the top.

    My guess is that your issue is related to Ithemes. This guide may useful.

    Swift automatically excludes the “Cart”, “Checkout”, and “My Account” pages from the cache. Next time when it occurs, please copy the full source of the page and send it to us to confirm that it isn`t cached.
