    I unchecked the option in WooCommerce integration to enable adwords remarketing and the error went away.

    Thanks for posting this bug report.
    Can you post an URL where this message was seen before you deactivated adwords remarketing?

    I modified line 34 to:
    if ( count( $_product_cats ) > 0 && is_array($_product_cats) ) {

    seems to work now.
