Error only in a blog in multisite installation

I have a small network of blogs and I’ve been using Broken Link Checker with very good results.
But I’ve just seen that there is a blog in the network in which BLC is not working. There is a error message like this:
Broken Link Checker installation failed. Try deactivating and then reactivating the plugin.
Failed to load plugin settings from the “wsblc_options” option.Option doesn’t exist in the blog_4_options table.”
In every other blog it works like a charm, which is most annoying. Any idea?
