Have you followed the steps on installation page? To be more precise; have you created a app in the Dropbox developer console (steps 3-6)? And what did you put in the Drop-ins domains field?

I added two drop-ins domains “www.oopthemes.com” and second “213.5.179.15” then i grabbed the api key and added it to my site under woocommerce->settings->integration.
