Don’t forgot to Empty all caches every time you patch the plugin or change settings.

I contacted my hosting. They do not use apache but litespeed. Then follow the guide?

Of course you can try it. But, it is possible that you will have to ask your hosting provider for litespeed error log. They can see what is failing in htaccess.

I have deleted

Options -MultiViews

but it does not solve. however, w3 total cache always works. Even before the amendments. That error appears only when activated the plugin, then disappears.
