    We suddently got lots of error:

    Error Payment failed: Payment provider declined the payment, please use a different payment method

    All of orders are failed:

    and we even have not received one oder today.

    This issue never happened before, and I do not believe all of customers use invalid cards or all of them were declined by their Payment providers.

    Mostly this issue is not from customer, what might be the reason please?

    I agree that this seems unusual, especially given that it’s affecting so many orders all of a sudden. But do you usually receive this many orders successfully, or is this a sudden, unusual spike? It would be helpful to understand the scale of the issue.

    I would recommend reaching out to PayPal Merchant Support with the logs and details you’ve shared. From the plugin’s perspective, it does not handle or decline payments directly — this is done on PayPal’s side. Therefore, their support team would be best suited to investigate why so many transactions are being declined.

    Please let me know if you need any assistance in gathering the necessary logs for PayPal support.
