    Hi,
    In test mode everything works perfectly,
    but when I switch to live mode I get an error
    ”Payment processing failed. Please retry. ”.

    please help me with this error

    Hi @emanuel92 ,

    This can happen if you’re using the same user account for live mode that you used for test mode (because the Stripe extension would “think” that the user is a test mode user).

    Can you please try creating a new user account, and test from that account?
