    Hi @phibell,

    I tested your site which is in Sandbox mode and the PayPal option was working well. Can you provide some more details like currency you were testing with, which subscription product, etc.

    Hey @mrclayton we fixed it late yesterday, the problem was caused by not having a business account (paypal) linked to braintree. We had a personal one linked… and with a personal one you can’t start a subscription at least that’s what we figured.
