Error: “Please delete all drafts or validate..” Even After Data Reset

I can’t create a Mastodon Service within Social Engine.

Resetting Data for Social Engine does not fix the issue.

Error Reads: “Please either delete all the drafts or validate all of them before turning off this option.”

What might I be doing incorrectly? How do I resolve this problem?
