Hi, I have the following enabled “Comment author must fill out name and email” in my Discussion Setting bc I don’t want to receive anonymous posts. This seems to work perfectly when I am logged-out and leave a comment. No problems there.

However, when I am logged-IN and attempt to leave a comment, then I receive the following error “Error: Please fill the required fields (name, email).” BUT because I am logged-in, I do not even see the fields for name and email that appear when I am logged-out.

    How can I fix?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

I’m afraid that’s a known issue with Jetpack’s Comments feature, when your site does not use “HTTPS”. That’s something we’ll fix in a future update of the plugin. Until then, I would recommend that you go to Jetpack > Settings > Discussion and deactivate the “Let visitors use a WordPress.com, Twitter, Facebook, or Google account to comment” option.
