Error: Please Verify Username and Password

    I’ve tried to connect the plugin to my vTigerCRM instance without luck.
    Select the CRM you use: VtigerCRM
    CRM URL: https://domain_name.com/ths
    Username: my_user_name
    Access Key: xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

    No matter what I do, I get the above error. “Please Verify Username and Password.”

    Some guidance here would be appreciated. I’m at a loss.

    You may enter the credentials were wrong.

    Which edition of VtigerCRM you are using ? Community version (or) On demand version ?

    I just might be. I’ve got an instance of SuiteCRM running as well and I get the same error.

    I actually did share the details almost a month ago now. Two requests for support, one for WP Lead Builder and the other for PocketCRM since I have the same problem on my smartphone.

    I responded to the query for access and the message bounced.

    I see the ticket # from an earlier message and I’ll try again.
