Error: Port 587 is blocked on your server

Hi,
This plugin is working fine till last week i noticed my subscribers are not receiving the activation emails.
Upon checking on the plugin, there is an error message:
Error: Port 587 is blocked on your server. First check the Port Number is Correct. If it is contact your Hosting support and ask them to
1. Open the Port
2. Ensure that it can be listened to from the outside.I have changed the port to 465, 25, all show the same error message.
Im using google app for my email. For outgoing emails, im using SendGrid SMTP. When i configure WP Email, i tried both SMTP and also my Gmail, both are unable to work. Previously it works fine on SMTP.
I have contacted my web host, they replied saying they are not handling my emails so there is nothing they can do. I have contacted SendGrid, they replied saying they don’t block any ports.
I tested my SendGrid outgoing email smtp, on my email client, emails are going out successfully.
So im unable to troubleshoot what/where is the error and how to fix this.
Any tips?
