    Hello,

    We often get 401 error messages from your plugin when someone is posting reviews (Aggregated Review Form) from our products. Here is a screenshot for reference: https://app.screencast.com/41xN8Fj7hUs17

    We have checked and we don’t have any plugin that might block the plugin IP address: 18.210.171.51

    We have also disabled any potential security plugin that might cause to block your REST API endpoint.

    Can you please take a look at ASAP this?

    Also, is there away test the Aggregate Review Form from the live website?

    Please follow the solution below to re-post reviews from the CusRev dashboard to your site and share some screenshots of the error message with me.

    Also, if you want to test/preview the aggregated review form, you can send a test email from Reviews > Settings > Emails tab > Review Reminder > Send test. You will receive a test review reminder email with the link to the aggregated review form.
