    One of the sites that I manage faces a usability error that I haven’t found a solution for here at support, since even in troubleshooting mode, that is, without the influence of any other plugin, it continues to give an error, as illustrated in the image:

    I wanted to know how I can solve this, since the maintenance mode was useless. Thanks in advance for the answers.

    Hello?@josivandroavelar thanks for getting in touch and providing the error message you are seeing. To help you further with this please could you provide the following:

    1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
    2. Is this message displayed when trying to set up the Site Kit plugin or once you have set up on the dashboard page?
    3. Do you see any console errors when this error message displays on screen?

    I submitted the requested information to the form.

    The problem is with the plugin installed; I tested in maintenance mode and this problem appeared from the beginning.

    @josivandroavelar Thanks for sharing the information. Could I please ask if you have tried a Site Kit reset? If not, then please try the reset and set up Site Kit once more to see if you encounter the same issue.

    Could you also let me know if you encounter the same when setting Site Kit up on a disposable WordPress site. If you go to this URL this will setup a disposable site for you to test this on.
