    Hi QSM support team
    I describe this error case as follows
    I created a new quiz and want to reuse the questions in the old quiz
    That’s why I used import as shown in Figure 1

    The problem is that questions with descriptions will not display text but will print a pair of html
    tags in the page result and in the description when adding a question, how to solve this error?

    I will describe my problem again!
    When I use the feature to import questions from another quiz.

    The problem is the question descriptions, they are displayed as html, not text

    This error only occurs when questions are added by importing from another quiz. When adding new questions by adding manually, this error does not occur.

    Here are the steps to follow:
    1. Under “Tools” in your WordPress sidebar, click “Plugin File Editor.”
    2. On the new page, go to the top right corner, select “Quiz and Survey Master” from the dropdown next to “Select plugin to edit,” and click the Select button.
    3. In the plugin file list, go to php > classes > class-qsm-emails.php
    4. In the file content, go to line 42 and paste this code

    5. Click the “Update File” button at the bottom of the page. Please refer to the attached screenshot for further guidance.

    We attempted to replicate the problem using the latest version of QSM (version 9.0.4) but were unable to do so. To help us assist you better, could you please confirm if you’re using this latest version? If not, could you update to version 9.0.4 and see if the issue still occurs?

    If you are already using the latest version and the issue persists, we would greatly appreciate it if you could create a screen recording showing how the issue arises. This will help us understand the steps involved.

    Additionally, could you provide a quiz link where we can observe the issue on our end?
