Error processing card transaction

    G’day,

    You currently have the sandbox / test gateway enabled. This means that eWAY testing mode is on, and the only acceptable credit card number is 4444333322221111. When you turn sandbox / test gateway off, you’ll be able to run real credit cards through it.

    Hi, oh yes so I have! I’ve turned the sandbox off to run real cards through but still getting an error message about “Error processing card transaction: Error parsing eWAY response:” Do I need to set something up on the eWay side to get this to work? Thanks for your help!

    You have an eWAY account, and you’ve entered your eWAY client ID instead of 87654321, yes?

    Oh yes it needed to be the customer number which I’ve now put in and seems to be working so thanks for the help and great plugin!
