Error processing checkout

Hi,
I am getting the following message in my orders:
“Error Processing Checkout. Please try again.”The problem is that the order goes through and money are drawn from the customers account.
The error appears after the following steps:
Go to Store (https://katidiasantunes.pt/loja/) > Select Ebook Product > Add to Cart > Go to Cart > Select Payment Method > Complete OrderWhat could be the problem?

I tried to place an order and was greeted with a server error:

You can do this from Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks.Once you’re there, just hit the ‘Save Changes’ button. You don’t actually need to make any changes. Doing this should rewrite the rules for your site’s .htaccess file.
Also, since this error is related to the server, there should be some logs generated in the backend for you to check out.
Here’s a quick guide on how to retrieve them:- Go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
- In the upper right corner, you’ll find a drop-down menu.
- Search for the keywords like “fatal” or “WooCommerce”.
- This should display the relevant logs we’re looking for. Select the most recent logs and click “view”.
- You can then copy & paste them here, or use a text-sharing app like GitHub Gist or Pastebin.
