I understand how problems like this can be frustrating, do you have a plugin that redirects to a custom “thank you” page?

Could you also share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

It’s also worth checking if there are any Stripe error logs from WooCommerce > Status > Logs and choosing from the drop-down menu.

Thanks for coming back to me. I don’t have any custom redirect plugins installed no, but I think my theme may have this built in. I’ve pasted the system status below, I checked the logs and I can’t see any entries for Stripe only PayPal which I also have enabled on my site.

Thanks for sharing the requested information above.

Can you please try to switch to the default Storefront theme and only WooCommerce and Stripe plugins are enabled, create a test order using Stripe Test Mode and see if this works?

If so, then this kind of problem is usually caused by your theme or a third-party plugin present on your site. We can run a conflict test to verify this. I’d recommend cloning your site to a staging environment and performing the tests described on this guide without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin.

If this was caused by a third-party plugin present on your site, it would be best to reach out to the developers for further assistance here.

I was having the same problem, Just disabling woo-commerce emails. Go to Woocommerce > Settings > Emails. Then deactivate them one by one and save them.
