    I’ve had three people who tried to buy a product online this morning that had problems with an error when trying to make a payment.

    One said he had put in all his details in and then payment details for PayPal and it just spun round for ages and then said he got an error message –?Error- processing your order – and to check no amount taken??

    The error you’re reporting is a message that comes from WooCommerce. That message is shown when a plugin triggers an error during the checkout process.

    I recommend going to your WooCommerce > Status > Logs page and checking if there is a “fatal-errors” log file. That file will contain details about which plugin triggered the error during the checkout process.
