I’ll see if I can reproduce this and get back to you soon.

Remember i am the one with the %*%*% ajax search pro plugin ??

Can you provide a screenshot of the Inventory settings for the product so I can set mine up the same way you have yours?

Are you sure it’s not that same plugin causing another conflict? Did you try disabling it again to see if that solves the problem?

Yes no Problem. Just give me 5 minutes

N? i did not disable it because traffic is good at the Moment. Just give me another 5 minutes ??

I just tried one with the following…

    – Enable stock management.
    – Stock Qty = 100
    – Allow Backorders = Do not allow
    – Stock Status = In Stock
    – Sold Individually – Not checked.

I then submit an offer for the product, which I countered, and when I click the link from the countered offer email it loads the cart without error, so I am not able to reproduce the problem.

Unless I missed a setting I’m guessing it’s another conflict with that other plugin.

My settings are the same except quantity was one. Then i do not need to make a screenshot.
I will try disabling the search plugin now.

    (@speedgeil)

Nope…Problem persists with deactivated ajax search.
    Maybe there is another conflict.
    What should we do now?
My business heavily relies on the offers. I realized offers earlier with contact form 7….So i am attempted to switch back to this solution.

It’s tough to say because I cannot reproduce the error. Do you have a staging server for your site that we could disable other plugins to see if there are other conflicts? It could also be something in your theme.

Are you familiar with Firebug? If you watch that while going through the steps it may provide details about what is happening.

    Thread Starter speedgeil

    (@speedgeil)

Yes i am a little familiar with firebug in terms of css but it tells me nothing in terms of java script. I read some articles about removing js conflicts in firebug but firebug did not show me anything i could use.
If you want i can put the site in maintenance mode and give you admin and ftp credentials.

The Console area in Firebug is where you would see real-time Javascript errors.

I don’t think I’ll need to sign in to your admin. If you can provide a link to a product on your site I can make an offer I’ll do that, then you can counter it, and I’ll try to add that to a cart and see what happens.

    Thread Starter speedgeil

    (@speedgeil)

Yes i used the console. Maybe i am too much of a noob in js, but i did not see any hints on removing the conflict there

I would apreciate your offer ??

Hmmm…for some reason the offer won’t even submit for me. I’m getting Failed to load resource error. Was that what you originally posted about regarding the conflict with the search plugin?

    Thread Starter speedgeil

    (@speedgeil)

Yes…exactly. I changed the error notification to “**”, so that the client does not see the error. I still receive the offers in Backend and hoped it would work until another solution is found
