What happends if you call https://yordomain.tld/wp-cron.php in a browser

this failure message did appear:

“WordPress

For security reasons, wp-cron.php files can be executed only from the local server and not from remote IP addresses.
If you wish to access wp-cron.php from a trusted remote IP address, contact the server administrator to have this remote IP address whitelisted.”

Did you have a Security Plugin installed ? That do this.
