• Hi,

    We had the follo error on our website that occurred on the 4th of November, from about 14h00 to 9h00:

    I checked that we updated that plugin on the 17th of October since the website is working fine.

    Suddenly, without any action on our part, the site stopped working and started showing this error, and it solved itself because, on the 5th of November, the website was again online without errors.

    We checked the logs and there was no action from us or the hosting and support company that could solve that error.

    Does anyone have any idea what could have happened?

    Thank you.

    @crpg,

    The HTTP 502 is a typical indicator there is an issue with your hosting provider routing. In other words, website is not accessible. It cannot relate to any WordPress plugin or even to WordPress itself.

    You should talk to your hosting provider and clarify if they had any outages or if anybody was messing with your NGINX rules.

    Regards.
