The issue is not related with the server side settings, because button for closing the info-window is implemented in Javascript, so the trouble should be related with some javascript code in the theme you are using (or another plugin) that’s generating a javascript error without treat, and the rest of javascript code is stopping.

Could you send me the link to the webpage for checking if the issue is related with our plugin, please?

Hi, I noticed this only happens in Google Chrome (latest version). when doing this in Firefox, it’s fine…
