Error repyling to comments from admin

    Whenever I try to reply to comments from WP Admin it says “Error you must accept che privacy policy” (not the exact words my website is in Italian).
    Even in frontend I get redirected to /wp-comments-post.php wich displays the same error message.

    Unfortunately I don’t have FTP access to the website so I can only work through the backend.

    Does anyone have a quick fix for the problem that does not require changing the plugin code?

    Hi,

    That error occurred with an old version of the plugin. Which version are you using?

    Hi,

    I’m using version 0.3.0 which I believe is the latest release.

    It’s very strange because I have a developer website which I use for testing and a production website.
    In the developer website I noticed this issue and resolved it by upgrading the plugin to version 0.3.0.
    In the production website, however the upgrade did not resolve the issue.

    I tried uninstalling the plugin and reinstalling it completely but the error is still there.

    Hi,

    Could it be a conflict between plugins? Could you disable the rest of the plugin and check it?
