Error: Response Body Too Large

    Hello, I was able to successfully use Duplicator on 2 sites and migrate them to new hosting. However, I have 2 more sites to do. When I click One Click Download, I only get 1 file (the installer), so I then clicked the Archive download, and it redirects to a blank white page that states “Response Body Too Large”. I really need to get my websites moved. I’ve contacted the current hosting and they state that they are not doing anything on their end that would be blocking the download and that we should contact you for support. Please advise. Thanks for any assistance you can provide.

  • Hey @agrasty,

    That is a bit odd. You can still get the archive file by opening either your cPanel or an FTP client and going to a folder named wp-snapshots off the root folder of your site. Inside that folder will be all the copy of the archive files you have built.
