I have set-up the AWS plugin but when I go to the S3 and Cloudfront page the message appears at the top:
Error retrieving a list of your S3 buckets from AWS: Access Denied
Please can you tell me how I can grant access?

Also, I am using Buddypress with rtmedia plugin for uploading images. The Rtmedia uses it’s own uploader; am I right in assuming that I can change the Object Path: to point to wp-content/uploads/rtMedia and this plugin will still work in serving the images to Amazon S3?

    Many thanks

Ah sorry! I had a typo in my policy permission. All working well; and in case anyone else is interested, it works straight away with rtmedia.
Thanks for a great plugin! ??

Hi! Glad you hear you solved it! How did you manage to do it? I searched policy permission in AWS’ support page but nothing helpful came up.

This is a bit old, but hopefully it can help someone.

I was getting this too. In your IAM Management Console you need to give the user you created the appropriate User Policy. Once that is set you should be able to connect.
