Error retrieving account data and settings when configuring Stripe

Sorry to see you’re encountering errors when attempting to enable Stripe. Can you confirm that the Webhooks for Stripe are properly configured and the secret has been entered as shown here?

Sorry but it’s not possible to past here a screenshot.
Automatically I receive a lot of saving errors (without trying to save). I can’t save the keys because the Webhook link is not visible (as shown above).

Thanks for the details and screenshot of what you’re seeing. Are you able to select the 3 vertical dots and select Edit account keys or even disconnect if that were an option.

Selecting Edit account keys would normally show you the publishable, secret keys, and your webhook secret as shown below. Have you already tried that and just don’t see this webhook secret field?

Also, if you are needing the URL to to finish setting up your webshook it’d look like mine below but using your own URL.

I’m not sure if either of those help the both of you. If not would you be able to submit a ticket to us and mention this thread. It might be that we need a temporary admin account on your site, which is best handled through a private ticket instead of this public forum ??
