“Error retrieving list” – Optin with MailChimp on Themify

  • Hello all,

    I’m trying to add the Optin Module to my website. Here are the details:

    * Chrome on Windows 10.
    * Free MailChimp account with two Campaigns. (Looks like MailChimp discontinued lists)
    * Using Themify’s Ultra template.
    * I created the API and added it successfully.
    * When I selected MailChimp as my Optin provider, I get this message “Error retrieving lists.”

    Not sure what else I can do. Advice is appreciated.
