Error retrieving thumbnail from Vine

I’m running WP 4.2.2, Video thumnails plugin 2.12.1, PHP 5.3.29 and I am using the Nirvana theme which supports post thumbnails.
When I paste this into the Test Markup for video:
<iframe src=”https://vine.co/v/eeK1tajdiUa/embed/simple” width=”600″ height=”600″ frameborder=”0″></iframe><script src=”https://platform.vine.co/static/scripts/embed.js”></script>
I get “X No thumbnail found”
For Test Video Providers, Vine is the only non API required provider that fails.
I have gone through this topic: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/error-retrieving-video-information-from-vine-url. I installed the Extend HTTP Request Timeout WordPress Plugin which did not solve the problem.
