    Hi there

    Currently still in testing mode. Trying to get a few test items to list on the Sandbox version of ebay, but when I try to Verify I get this error;

    Error: Return policy value is not valid. (#21916328)

    I can’t see where I need to update the return policy. All of the fields in the Returns Policy section of the selected Profile are filled in.

    Any help would be great, thanks.

    Hi Dom,

    have you read the tooltips on the return options you set? Not all options are applicable on all sites – for example, the “Refund option” can’t be selected for EU and AU sites.

    Generally, if you see any unexplainable error being returned from eBay, you should follow the instructions explained on https://www.wplab.com/plugins/wp-lister/faq/#Debugging to enable the debug log and send a log record to support.

    Or you might want to create an account on your site and send the login details via email to support at wplab dot com, along with a link to an example product. This way I can even fix the problem for you.

    Thanks. I’ll take a look and see how far I get.

    Great plugin, by the way (used the importer which saved me a ton of time).
