    Hello Ron,

    When I try to run the Shardb Migration Tool, I get the following error. However, the db-settings.php is in the same folder as the wp-config.php and I’ve added this line in my wp-config.php.

    I also purchased your Installation Book so that I would make sure to follow the directions correctly.

    ERROR:

    Error: You must configure your database settings by adding require(‘./db-settings.php’); to your /var/zpanel/hostdata/zadmin/public_html/wp-config.php for the migration process to work

    ADDED TO WP-CONFIG.PHP

    define(‘DB_COLLATE’, ”);
    require(‘db-settings.php’);

    I have also tried using the Developers version without any success.

    Hi Ron,

    Just some follow up information.

    I do not think that this is a permission problem, because I’ve been careful to give all files and folders 775 and checked that they were all owned by the proper user, which they are.

    I have double, triple and quadruple checked that I’ve uploaded everything into the proper folders and that I’ve correctly followed the directions in the eBook Installation Manual I purchased.

    I have also installed two fresh installations on separate systems one using CPanel and the other using ZPanel. In both cases I received the exact same error.

    I have manually entered in each of the panels meticulously 1-9 and a-f plus global, and given them all identical users, passwords and granted full permissions.

    At this point, I am truly baffled at what the problem might be. I’m hoping you can shed some light on my problem, I surely need to get this running.

    Hi Ron,

    I figured it out! Moving along now, I will see if I can finish the installation.

    Still one minor problem, seems after clicking the “Migrate Site” button it finishes says, Done! but when I check each database they are empty.

    Any clues?
